A banquet of beautiful memories
Sprinkled with millions of tears,
I wish God would have spared you
at least a few more years.
You are not far away since
God is everywhere,
I feel your presence near
In every thought and prayer.
You were full of life
You wanted to live,
Your love for God
You had to give.
You answered His call,
You left us all.
You gave no one a last farewell,
There was no time to say goodbye,
You were gone before I knew it
And only God knows why.
